All assignments given to A-United must be accompanied by an A-United
request form. The form must be attached to your documents
at the time of pick up/fax. All items that do not
have a proper work order request form attached to
it will not be processed.

This form must accompany all requests for A-United
to provide your office with a special appearance attorney.

Los
Angeles County Recorders Form
In addition to your normal work order request, you
must also attach this form for all items that need
to be recorded at the Los Angeles County Recorder's
Office. They will not accept any recordings without
it.
